So exhausted from Stumptown!

Stumptown Comic Festival 2012 is officially over. We are officially out of postcards and business cards and will need to print more. The feedback we’ve received about GG from everyone has been both overwhelmingly positive but mostly confirmation that we’re on the right path and to keep plugging away at our story. I would now like to take some of our usual Monday space and highlight some amazing people we encountered while at the convention.

EK Weaver (TJ and Amal) - Thank you for the table space!

Brett Weaver (Weightless Podcast) - THE KING OF TEXAS

Chloe Chan (Two Keys) - As always a pleasure and a sincere treat to hang out when we can.

Shing Yin Khor (marlowe the monster) - You will go broke at cons from all her wonderful merch - PS: she’s amazing!

Christianne Goudreau (Freckle Face) - I don’t know what we’d do without you sometime.

Addam Pool (Princess of the Rainbow and various other projects) - Thank you for your hilarious imagination in print!

Caytlin Vilbrandt (Walking on Broken Glass) - She will be at Girl Geek Con, please go see her!

There were so many more people I met who were amazing. It’s always a pleasure to see Heather from Things From Another World, the Northwest regulars Periscope Studios, Dark Horse, everyone at Couscous Collective and so many more!

Postcards for Stumptown came today! Here’s a bad cellphone pic of ‘em next to the beautiful 11x17 prints that Neka made at work. homg the prints turned out so pretty!! I hope I can get a shop up and sell some of these soon. :B

Meanwhil been trying out a new work schedule setup and it’s kicking my ass so hard but I’m getting shit done at least! Trying to get AS MUCH DONE AS POSSIBLE before next Wednesday because juliedillon is coming over for a week and we are going to PARTAY.

So, Gran Grimoire updated again today. Here’s a bit of the top panel that you can click and make big and the big thing is 100% of the size I drew it at. Which is why the lines are all wobbly hahahahahhahahha

Fun fact: the religion in Gran Grimoire is probably my favorite aspect of the story we’re telling because I am obsessed with religious commentary.
